For this month's blog hop, we were challenged to pick a favorite project of ours from 2011, and revisit it.

This time, I added a few medallions, colors and varied the position of the sentiment:
As you can also tell, I have a new camera since that original card - so everything doesn't look like I photographed it in a dungeon! :-)

LOVE these beautiful, simple cards. I wish I could do simple like this - one-layer cards really just terrify me. :-P These are perfect. Love your profile pic, too. And congrats on the new camera! ;-)

ReplyDeleteLove the original and the updated version. I never fail to wonder at the beauty of that Mehndi stamp. I think this card would make a great model for a card set. I see one in my future...

ReplyDeleteSimplicity at its BEST -- LOVE that Mendhi Medallion and you've created not only 1-layer wonders with it and your Think Big sentiments, but these would truly make fabulous card sets in various colors/sentiments and a handmade case to hold them would be such a thoughtful/truly useful gift for anyone!!!
