Hello!
I am so happy to be able to share some wonderful news!! I have been asked to be on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Design Team again for this year!
I absolutely LOVE their adhesives so this is a match made in HEAVEN! Today they have a big announcement on their blog to introduce all of the team. They are also giving away a prize to one lucky person! So head on over and leave your comment!
I look forward to sharing projects featuring their adhesives throughout the year 2012! And I might even have a few give-a-ways of my own!

I am posting all the pictures of the inside here on my blog - so I apologize ahead of time for SO.MANY.PICTURES. But really, that is why we all visit blogs right? :-)

It's Leap Day! Thank you and a special honor :-)
Hello and a very happy leap day to you!
On this special day - I wanted to share with you an AWESOME honor I recently received from a dear blogger named Joyce.
Joyce's own blog is a constant source of inspiration. She is always positive, and ALWAYS finds time to comment on my blog... (and other blogs I have noticed!) I don't know how she does it or finds the time to be crafty AND supportive but I envy her.
Anyways - here are the details -

Liebster is German for 'dearest'. The award is a 'share-the-love' arrangement, given to inspirational bloggers with less than 200 followers.
Here's the to-do list of any Liebster award recipient:
Thank the giver and link back to the blogger who gave it to you.
Reveal your five blogger picks and let them know by leaving a comment on their blog
Copy and paste the award on your blog (see above)
Hope that those you award forward it to their favorite bloggers

My Google reader is chock full of inspiration - and it was hard to narrow it down, but my pick for the 5 bloggers I find myself going to more and more for inspiration? Here they are:

Peaceful Thank You
Whew! You think you are busy - and then before you know it, its been weeks since you updated your blog! YIKES!
I finally got some time set aside to play with my stamps... and I decided to "drag" out an older set - that hasn't seen much ink time lately...Peaceful Garden.
I love it so much - but often find I am stumped for ideas on how to use it... today's card is a simple use of the main image of the set.
Hope you all have a great week!

Supplies (all PTI)

Papertrey Ink January Blog Hop!
For this month's blog hop, we were challenged to pick a favorite project of ours from 2011, and revisit it.
I chose this card:
This time, I added a few medallions, colors and varied the position of the sentiment:
As you can also tell, I have a new camera since that original card - so everything doesn't look like I photographed it in a dungeon! :-)
Enjoy the hop!

Make it Monday #49 - Ghost Masking
Hello!
I am participating in my first MIM in a long time - its amazing how the holidays just take so much of your time!
This week's Make it Monday is Ghost Masking - and you can see the video and original post HERE.
This was my first attempt - and its a bit different since the stamp/die combo I used wasn't a full-bleed stamp - there is a little bit of a border around the stamp - but that's ok :-)
What WASN'T ok - was that I FORGOT to stamp off the red flower in the bottom of the frame before stamping it- just a bit too dark...oops! :-)
Its one of my resolutions to participate in more challenges - so I hope this is the first of many!
-Kristen
Supplies
Paper: Vintage Cream (PTI)
Stamps: Flower Fusion #1, Fillable Frames #1, Mat Stack 3 Collection, Wreath for All Seasons (PTI)
Inks: Pure Poppy, Aqua Mist, Spring Moss (PTI), Tuxedo Black (Memento -Tsukineko), Tea Dye (Ranger)
Other: FF#1 Die

Thanks a BUNCH!
Hello :-)
Is anyone else out there like me? I can't wait to get my hands on a particular stamp set, all sorts of ideas flowing through my head... then the set arrives - and in the drawer it sits - eagerly awaiting ink time :-)
That's exactly what happened here - but I finally dusted off the stamps and put them to good use! :-)
I just love the inks from A*Muse - I think they are the perfect shades for grapes! (I used Currant and Grass)
Hope you have a great week!
